Our client is a made-to-order diamond jeweller with a clear ambition to expand client accessibility nationwide, both online and in-store. With jewellery crafting expertise spanning several centuries, they are uniquely positioned to fulfil each customer’s individual jewellery-wearing aspirations.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to protect and enhance the company’s strong service reputation, while ensuring operational excellence and driving sales performance.

  • Lead, inspire and manage the store team, embedding best practice and placing consultation-led engagement at the heart of every customer interaction

  • Champion product knowledge across the team, fostering a culture of shared learning and continuous development

  • Manage sales performance and customer experience as core business metrics

  • Act as a Brand Ambassador at all times, recognising that first impressions are critical in the luxury sector

  • Ensure impeccable standards of visual merchandising, presentation and cleanliness throughout the store

  • Maintain rigorous standards of security, loss prevention and stock management, with regular audits and full compliance at all times

  • Ensure the team operates in line with health and safety regulations and internal compliance requirements

  • Monitor customer feedback and implement store improvement plans to drive continuous enhancement

Requirements

  • A minimum of five years’ experience within luxury retail management; experience within the jewellery sector would be highly advantageous

  • A proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets while engaging confidently with high-net-worth clientele

  • A collaborative leadership style, with strong communication skills and a solution-focused mindset

  • Confidence in using retail software and new systems to maximise operational and commercial impact

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong listening and relationship-building abilities

  • A genuine passion for luxury merchandise, with a discerning eye for aesthetics and outstanding attention to detail

  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating a proactive approach to delivering the best possible store and customer experience
