We are searching for a passionate, motivated and experienced Piercer to carry out ear-piercing procedures in a safe, hygienic and professional manner, while staying fully up to date with industry standards and techniques.
Our ideal Piercer will possess exceptional customer service skills and be able to advise customers on specific looks and curations, drawing on their own experience within the industry. You will be able to gently guide clients through the piercing process, putting them at ease while enhancing their overall experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 2 years’ experience in ear-piercing procedures and aftercare.
Experience in body piercing and needle piercing would be highly advantageous.
A proven track record of delivering high-quality piercing work.
Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Familiarity with, and the ability to comply with, local health regulations and industry standards.
JOB ROLE:
Utilise your professional expertise to offer a range of piercing services, including performing ear piercings using a needle.
Consult with each customer to understand their needs and provide helpful and appropriate recommendations.
Take pride in ensuring that every piercing procedure is performed in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Make exceptional customer service your priority, providing customers with informed advice and handling all client questions with professionalism and empathy.
Provide thorough aftercare advice and confidently recommend appropriate products to help ensure the best possible outcome.
Maintain accurate records of every piercing performed, with close attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe and sterile working environment.
Adhere to the strictest sterilisation and sanitation standards for all tools and equipment.
Ensure the piercing suite is clean, well organised and fully stocked with all necessary consumables.
Commit to ongoing professional development, keeping up to date with the latest trends, techniques, certifications and licences relevant to the role.
