As a fine county class establishment, the store showcases Fine Diamonds, Vintage Pieces, on-trend Fashion Jewellery brands, major Watchmaking names, Clocks, and an array of appealing Giftware. Such is the level of expertise and service offered to support sales of their stocked merchandise, that their clientele reach stretches beyond the local market to counties and cities far and wide.


Key to the achievement of our client’s ambition to widen customer reach and maximise sales revenues, this multi-faceted Website and Marketing Administrator role will provide store support in three crucial ways:


·         Pivotal involvement in all matters pertaining to the website, including social media and digital marketing

·         Planning and implementation of all store marketing initiatives

·         Availability to support sales colleagues at peak selling times.


The Bradley Hatch website continues to prove its commercial value, and the business has invested in further equipment to ensure their online presence is as professional as their in-store presentation.


You’ll be adept at writing product descriptions, and able to photograph and upload jewellery product images, which you will proactively post both on the website and on various social media accounts. A working knowledge of Photoshop or InDesign will be helpful.


As well as being the ultimate website administrator, you will also be responsible for responding to orders and all associated email enquiries.


You will make recommendations regarding the most effective allocation of the advertising budget across Google, Bing, Facebook and the rest, and ensure appropriate SEO actions are taken to maximize impact.


Commercially astute, you will use your initiative to identify and evaluate all potential performance opportunities, enabling you to recommend to the company directors and/or their suppliers any areas where further traction can be gained.


The marketing element of this role presents many opportunities for your innovative ideas. Local media are already regularly harnessed to support in-store events, and for pop-up store events both local and countywide. Acting as the store’s marketing “eyes and ears” and working in tandem with our client’s key suppliers, you may well identify national initiatives in which the store can also participate, which will create sell-through advantage for all parties.

By helping out on the shop floor personally, your hands-on understanding of the service and brand mix on offer will re-energize your determination to use your diverse skills to the full, to ensure the uniqueness of this business stands out above all others.
