About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Watchmaker or Watch Technician to become a vital part of our fast-evolving team. This is a unique opportunity to work with luxury watches, delivering precise repairs and expert restorations that honour the heritage of each piece.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair and service a wide range of high-end mechanical and quartz watches

  • Carry out comprehensive restorations, including cleaning, polishing and component refurbishment

  • Maintain strict quality control standards to ensure every watch meets the company’s exacting servicing criteria

  • Collaborate closely with customers and colleagues to deliver exceptional service

  • Keep detailed and accurate records of work completed and parts used

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Watchmaker or Watch Technician, ideally with luxury brand experience

  • Completion of a recognised and respected horological qualification

  • Specific brand experience with Swiss-made timepieces would be particularly advantageous

  • Strong technical skills with a keen eye for precision and detail

  • Confidence working independently as well as part of a team

  • Excellent problem-solving ability and a strong commitment to quality

  • A professional attitude with strong communication skills
