Job Role:

  • An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Sales Consultant to represent our client's own brand of high-end fine jewellery alongside two prestigious Swiss watch brands.

  • Based on the shop floor, you will be at the forefront of the business, engaging with customers and delivering world-class customer service.

  • Driven by customer satisfaction, you will quickly embrace the company's and brands' standards, ensuring that in-store presentation is consistently maintained to the highest standard and in line with agreed plans.

  • Commercially aware, you will present each product in a knowledgeable, engaging and informative manner, equipping prospective customers with the information they need to make confident and informed purchasing decisions.

  • The successful candidate will be keen to develop their responsibilities over time and quickly establish themselves as a trusted and dependable member of the team.

Requirements:

  • Ideally, you will have at least one year's experience working for a jeweller or luxury watch retailer.

  • As the store represents two internationally acclaimed Swiss luxury watch brands, any previous experience, brand affiliation or accreditation within the luxury watch sector would be highly advantageous.

  • Excellent communication skills are essential. Whilst a genuine interest in watches would certainly be beneficial, the ability to communicate brand stories and technical features in an engaging and accessible way to all customers is far more important.

  • Wherever you have gained your retail experience, you will have consistently been recognised for your outstanding communication skills and your ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • The working rota includes Sundays and Bank Holidays, reflecting the store's status as a premier retail destination. The standard working pattern is five days out of seven.
