Job Role:
Their quest is now to appoint a revelation of a salesperson; an individual who deserves to be surrounded by the very best industry names – who is adoring and experienced in everything that is horological retail sales.

You’re a champion of your chosen sales speciality that of selling and optimising timepiece sales, in as brand compliant best service manner as can be possibly attained.  Fundamentally you operate in a very structured manner, are observant and respectful of ultimately best of class in-store service standards, and you’ll ever search to pin-point best clientele purchasing outcomes.

All recognise that consumers are ever pressing for advisory insight of even greater depth, and when appropriate no detail should be too challenging to further qualify and helpfully define.

In-store standards are without question ever to be upheld, agreed visual merchandising plans remain perfectly in best order.  Protocols are ever observed to ensure careful and secure in-store service so that all merchandise is ever pristine and ready for future sale.

Never phased from taking responsibility for your share and wherever opportunity arises your default setting is to contribute evermore.  Team play is important be it with your sales colleagues, store management or ultimately the businesses leader.


Requirements:

  • To be considered it is essential that you are already experienced selling premium and prestige watches from within Luxury Watch retail sales environment.

  • It is likely that your CV can demonstrate staged progression.

  • You are naturally attuned to understanding all commercial performance indices that should exist within every Retail Jeweller.

  • It is taken for granted that this new key hire will be open to train – both in-house and in partnership with the many much valued Watch suppliers.

  • Experience in selling pre-owned Timepieces would also be of application advantage.

  • Communicationally it is felt that this person should be articulate, be able to present all watch products with total fluency.

  • Personality wise you radiate total professionalism & engender customer loyalty even inspiring as a consequence, third party new customer recommendations.
