A rare opportunity has arisen for a sales assistant to join their experienced team and help carry on the legacy that is Gatwards.

Job role:

  • Welcome and assist customers with jewellery and watch purchases

  • Provide knowledgeable, high-quality service

  • Maintain excellent store presentation

  • Process sales and support repairs/aftercare

  • Build strong customer relationships

  • Help achieve team sales targets

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or premium customer service

  • Professional, warm communication and excellent presentation

  • Reliable, discreet, and customer-focused

  • Weekend availability

  • Interest in fine, gemstone jewellery and a willingness to learn
