A rare opportunity has arisen for a sales assistant to join their experienced team and help carry on the legacy that is Gatwards.
Job role:
Welcome and assist customers with jewellery and watch purchases
Provide knowledgeable, high-quality service
Maintain excellent store presentation
Process sales and support repairs/aftercare
Build strong customer relationships
Help achieve team sales targets
Requirements:
Experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or premium customer service
Professional, warm communication and excellent presentation
Reliable, discreet, and customer-focused
Weekend availability
Interest in fine, gemstone jewellery and a willingness to learn
