In early 2017 the business entered into a partnership with a growth capital investor, and has received capital to enable it to commence its next phase of growth.

Now, with their sights set on becoming one of the world’s leading online pre-owned luxury retail platforms, there is an opportunity to join their Watch department as a Sales Consultant.

This will involve assisting in the co-ordination of their various selling platforms, enquiry management – phone and email, and front of in-house sales with the support of the sales team and our sales manager. There may also be stock listing responsibilities as well as administration on all levels to help support other areas in the business, although these will be secondary to your main sales responsibilities. Advising sales will require organisation and adoption of current company policies and ethics, which you will be trained in. You have an opportunity to develop and implement new structures alongside those already in place. As you will be working as part of a team you may be required to work on tasks outside of your job description from time to time, but these will be within the day-to-day operation of the company.

You will be responsible for assisting clients with watch sales online, speaking to clients over the telephone and in-house and maintaining the highest levels of presentation & customer service. You will also be assisting with any cross over sales between departments such as Handbags and Jewellery

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, experience in a sales role within the luxury industry – previous watch sales experience is essential. This is an ideal position for someone who possesses a passion and appreciation for luxury goods.
