SALES SUPPORT SPECIALIST -  LEADING WATCH BRAND(S)

( Part-time role to cover forthcoming Maternity leave)

 

Area : BEDS / LEICESTERSHIRE / NORTHANTS / WARKS / W.MIDLANDS / OXON / SHROPS and STAFFS

Early in 2019 there will be a ‘maternity cover ‘ opening our client’s aim being to ensure regional coverage continuity on an interim basis.

 

Ideally this perspective appointee will have an understanding of being within a ‘Retail Jeweller setting’ and have experience both selling and merchandising watches.

Individually you need to possess a self -assured confident nature - able to freely offer constructive advice to all retailers that you visit as to how they can best maximise sell- through.

Often the requirement is to lead by personal example , so wherever required you must enjoy ‘hands on’ merchandising ensuring that agreed store planograms are implemented to a point of perfection.

Stores that you will be visiting regularly are either branches of national multiple retail jeweller chains alongside famed department store majors.

Their personnel are collectively ever keen to ‘ know best ‘ it’s a fortunate trait of our buoyant UK Jewellery industry.

Whether their needs are training on visual merchandising standards or offering product insight ( features & benefits ) relating to your new corporate allegiances - you are ever on call to respond & inform.

Inwardly you must enjoy a challenge , never tire from being an inspiring responder and over time you’d be right to take pride in lifting standards and sales competency from those you work alongside.
