2011 Race Report

Well race day is over and you will all be pleased to know that Jolyon did complete successfully the Frieth Hilly 10 K

Running with the Race Number 1 this initial optimism did fade as the race progressed and to the delight of the welcoming crowd in Frieth Village

Jolyon arrived above his set target by four places at a very respectful 282^nd .

Thanks must go to the organisers and all the fellow runners it was an experience that will be cherished and as one fellow runner said when she passed me by - before todays race I thought my running days were over - on a day like this how could I ever think of hanging these shoes up for good .
