21st year in the world of Sales Recruitment previously possessed Retail Management HARRODS and Professional FMCG career credentials CADBURYS and prior to Recruitment Consultancy was thrilled by selling Watch & Clock brand greats for SEIKO. Love brands and career driven people able to effect real positive market change - at my best when facing adversity, good listener insatiable appetite for new wave thinking will not compromise on client service delivery.

Lizi Green

Shortly after J.M.L was formed Lizi initially assisted in a Customer Service Associate role a remit that her HAYS branch auditing / administration had prepared her admirably well to do. 

During the first year with J.M.L she in tandem with her day role studied the REC Certificate in Recruitment Practice and achieved a Merit Pass. Consequently Lizi then accepted the promotion to Account Executive which will enable both candidates and clients alike the opportunity to gain career / commercial advantage through her faultless approach and observance of 'best recruitment practice'. 

Olivia Swietochowski

We have now found our new Customer Service Associate STAR - Olivia has already made a great impact to our business.

Having now been passed the Consultancy Administration baton following Lizi's promotion the quest for best Candidate & Client service will continue with renewed vigour and we are confident that in time Olivia will similarly make her mark here at J.M.L.

Well aware of the need to provide exemplary client service her training with Waitrose will we are sure ready her for any support challenge that this business encounters day-to-day.
